Job Title: SAP Internship Opportunity
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our project and business operations in the SAP Data Space in Berlin. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, develop your skills, and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support with general project structures, including preparing workshops, providing status reports, creating templates, monitoring task fulfillment, scheduling appointments, and preparing reporting documents.
- Support with the design, rollout, and implementation of new processes.
- Plan, prepare, execute, and follow up on strategic meetings, workshops, and events with key internal stakeholders and customers in Berlin and Potsdam.
- Create powerful PowerPoint presentations for top managers to communicate innovation topics.
- Monitor items such as purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, and inventory.
- Manage calendars, emails, and correspondences (internal/external).
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including organizational preparation and follow-up, such as booking travel expenses.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Innovation Management, Technology, Operations Management, Management, Event Management, Project Management, or similar.
- Computer skills: MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, MS Teams), CRM, VMS.
- Experience with Adobe Suite, project management tools, or any kind of project management certification (CAPM, PMP, Scrum, PRINCE2, IPMA) is a plus.
- Language skills: English and German proficiency required.
- Highly flexible, able to work and thrive in a rapidly changing environment, able to handle uncertainty and frequent changes.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and in an interdisciplinary team.
- Excellent execution skills, with a positive, reliable, and encouraging manner.
- Work effectively on multiple tasks at the same time and meet overlapping deadlines.
