As a Senior Sales Engineer at DeepOpinion, you will play a crucial role in driving sales success and customer satisfaction globally. You will be responsible for showcasing our cutting-edge automation solutions, crafting tailored demonstrations, and serving as the trusted technical advisor to prospective clients. Your goal is to convert prospects into loyal customers and ensure they achieve their business goals through our innovative technology.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer needs and challenges
* Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
* Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions that address client requirements
* Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
* Own technical engagement and communication across all global accounts
* Act as the technical expert and trusted advisor for clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions
* Gather customer feedback and work closely with the product team to inform the product roadmap

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Technology, or a related field
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, solution delivery, technical sales, consultancy, or a business automation/process improvement background
* Basic understanding of scripting, APIs, and system integration, particularly with JavaScript
* Fluency in English and German, with German skills being crucial
* Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them effectively, demonstrating a scientific mindset and excellent presentation skills
* Experience with intelligent automation platforms, RPA, and exposure to AI is a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and familiarity with value-based selling
