Food Service Partnership Advisor

We are expanding our operations in Germany and are in search of a Restaurant Partnership Support Specialist (m/f/d).

The Merchant Services team is integral to Wolt's mission, ensuring that our merchants thrive by providing them with an exceptional experience. We are seeking a dedicated team member for our newly formed Post Activation department. This team is focused on ensuring that restaurants newly integrated into Wolt achieve optimal performance. Responsibilities include training partners on equipment usage, enhancing order acceptance rates, and exploring innovative strategies to ensure our partners excel.

  • Evaluate partner performance metrics and respond to key performance indicators to enhance partner outcomes.
  • Oversee various workflows aimed at partner performance enhancement and monitor progress.
  • Proactively engage with partners to address issues through both written and verbal communication.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate requests and tasks clearly.
  • Refine and enhance methods for partner and vendor communication, coaching, and training.

Our expectations

  • You are an exceptional communicator in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • You possess experience in partner support or roles requiring significant communication.
  • You maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate patience.
  • You exhibit excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking and tracking numerous open tickets across various workflows.
  • You have a strong attention to detail - every detail matters.
  • You are a creative thinker, ready to propose relevant solutions to challenges and approach workflow improvements innovatively.
  • Experience in the gastronomy or food industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus.
