We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Solutions Strategist to join our team at ALPLA Werke Alwin Lehner GmbH & Co KG.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a strategic role in the development and implementation of maintenance solutions across our global sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the rollout of new software solutions, managing maintenance projects, and providing technical support.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in process optimization and technology-based training. You will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Additionally, you will conduct maintenance audits at our plants, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance solutions that meet business objectives
  • Lead the rollout of new software solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems
  • Manage maintenance projects, including project planning, execution, and closure
  • Provide technical support and further development of the ALPLA Maintenance System
  • Train and support employees in the use of new software solutions
  • Analyze and improve existing maintenance processes
  • Conduct maintenance audits at ALPLA plants
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, operations management)
  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a global environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
