Corporate Maintenance Specialist

At ALPLA Werke Alwin Lehner GmbH & Co KG, we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned maintenance professional to lead the development and implementation of modern ERP-based maintenance solutions. As a key member of our corporate team, you will be responsible for driving the rollout of new software solutions across our global sites, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our maintenance processes and production infrastructure. You will work closely with our teams to develop and implement key performance indicators, optimize maintenance processes, and provide technical support and further development of our ALPLA Maintenance System.

As a Corporate Maintenance Specialist, you will also be responsible for training and supporting employees in the use of new software solutions. You will develop and conduct technology-based training sessions to ensure that our teams are equipped with the skills they need to succeed.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced maintenance professional who can analyze and improve existing maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs. You will independently conduct maintenance audits at our plants, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement modern ERP-based maintenance solutions
• Lead the rollout of new software solutions across global sites
• Drive the development and implementation of key performance indicators
• Optimize maintenance processes and production infrastructure
• Provide technical support and further development of the ALPLA Maintenance System
• Train and support employees in the use of new software solutions

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
