Exterior Design Director for Future Electric Vehicle Icons

About the Team:Our exterior design team is a trailblazer in the design industry, celebrated for its exceptional capabilities and profound expertise in the field. Our future avant-garde form language positions us at the forefront of creating future icons for the era of electric vehicles.

Job Summary:We are seeking an Exterior Design Director to lead the development of our vehicle's exterior design, aligning seamlessly with our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in exterior design, a master of sketching, modeling, and proportional research, and a solid theoretical foundation of car design until production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the vehicle's exterior design
  • Foster collaboration with aerodynamic and engineering teams
  • Establish a design taste and working culture that harmonizes with our team

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or above, in industrial or transportation design
  • Over 10 years' experience in exterior design
  • Proficiency in using sketch and rendering software, as well as general knowledge of modeling software like Alias, Autodesk
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills, excellent team coordination and communication skills
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills, self-motivated & learning, proactive and creative
  • Time management and ability to work under pressure

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
