About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our advertising and monetization initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping our B2C advertising and monetization portfolio, creating and enhancing experiences that drive user engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact advertising and monetization initiatives, partnering closely with teams across Aviv to drive measurable business impact.
  • Leverage your commercial acumen and product skills to effectively monetize the B2C user journey and drive growth.
  • Define and own the roadmap, aligning it with Aviv's strategy, OKRs, and targets.
  • Bring new advertising and monetization offerings to market, scoping solutions to their smallest coherent state to ship as early as possible.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve solutions through quantitative and qualitative measures, both in testing and after full release.
  • Monitor and analyze core KPIs, adjusting to balance company revenue, B2C user engagement, and B2B customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in high-traffic products focusing on advertising or related B2C monetization and revenue growth activities.
  • Ability to seamlessly communicate ideas with engineers, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Desire to be in a high-ownership, high-visibility role, with a strong sense of stakeholder management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on driving cross-team initiatives.
  • Commercial mindset, with a strong understanding of business levers and outcome-oriented approach.
  • English fluency (C2 or native).
