**Job Title:** Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d)

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hearing Specialist Assistant in our Braunschweig-Mittelweg location.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide exceptional customer service by conducting hearing tests and offering personalized solutions to meet customers' needs.
• Implement sales routines with excellence and ensure a unique customer experience through optimal processes in the store.
• Support customers in maintaining their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term relationships.
• Utilize customer data to make targeted phone calls and organize local marketing activities (market days and health fairs).
• As a data administrator, maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• Assist in planning and organizing store operations, manage the calendar, and oversee inventory management.

**Requirements:**

• Completed training as a Hearing Specialist Assistant (m/w/d).
• Excellent communication and sales skills, with a passion for customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
