The role of a Spare Parts Coordinator
To optimize the repair process of our e-bikes, we are seeking a skilled spare parts coordinator to join our operations team in Berlin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory bookings and ensure accurate stock levels
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain a complete and up-to-date inventory
- Supply our mechanics with the necessary parts to complete repairs efficiently
- Place orders for replacement parts and track their delivery
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Perform order tracking and ensure timely delivery of parts
- Participate in additional projects based on interest and availability
Requirements:
- Expertise in e-bikes and bicycle spare parts
- Proficiency in PC skills, including email and office software
- A strong interest in learning about bicycle spare parts to maintain our inventory
- High level of organization and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- Enjoy solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
We offer a full-time position with a competitive salary of €27,000.00 - €32,000.00 per year, an 8-hour shift, and the opportunity to work on-site in our Berlin UpCenter.

Our Process:
- We purchase used e-bikes from various sources
- We thoroughly inspect, repair, and refurbish these e-bikes to the highest standards in our workshops
- We sell them online at a fraction of the price of new, with a one-year warranty
This approach allows us to make electric mobility more accessible and sustainable, while also promoting a positive impact on the environment.
