E-bike Spare Parts Coordinator

We are the leading seller of refurbished e-bikes in Europe, making electric mobility accessible to everyone. Our mission is to give e-bikes a second life and offer high-quality electric bikes at an affordable price.
The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Spare Parts Specialist to join our operations team in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient repair of our e-bikes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory bookings and carry out regular inventories to maintain an up-to-date and complete inventory of bicycle spare parts.
- Procure and supply the right parts to our mechanics to enable them to carry out repairs efficiently.
- Place orders for replacement parts and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable supply of high-quality parts.
- Perform additional projects as required, depending on your interest and availability.
- Expertise in e-bikes and bicycles.
- Strong PC skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
- A keen interest in learning about bicycle spare parts to maintain our inventory.
- High level of organization and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent German and good English language skills.
- Enjoy solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a full-time position with a competitive salary of €27,000.00 per year, 8-hour shifts, and the opportunity to work on-site in our Berlin UpCenter.
