Thermal Coatings Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Thermal Sprayer to contribute to our core competence department of thermal coatings within Flowserve. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and setting up coating, blasting, and washing systems, as well as preparing spray materials and spray guns. Additionally, they should be able to set up coating parameters and spray guns according to spreadsheets, drawings, or setup plans.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up coating, blasting, and washing systems
- Prepare spray materials and spray guns
- Set up coating parameters and spray guns
- Make corrections in the NC code for coating control and robots
- C Coat and inspect workpieces
- Monitor machine operations and correct setting data, clamping, and other necessary tasks
- Check parts for dimensional accuracy, condition, and completeness
- Perform operating tests
- Eliminate malfunctions
- Perform maintenance and service tasks
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or comparable
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry as a skilled metal/sprayer worker
- ETC training is desirable
- Good computer skills are desirable
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Flexibility, ability to work in a team, responsible action, and reliability
- Willingness to work shifts
