**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a Thermal Sprayer (M/F/T) to join our core coating department.

**Your role**:

- Preparing and fitting the coating, blasting and washing equipment
- Preparing spray materials
- Preparing the burner
- Setting up coating parameters and burners according to the spreadsheets, drawings or setup plan
- Correcting the NC code for coating systems and robots
- Coating and inspecting workpieces
- Monitoring machine sequence and correcting setup data, clamping, etc.
- Checking parts for dimensional accuracy, quality and completeness
- Carry out operating tests
- Eliminating malfunctions
- Performing maintenance and service tasks

**Your profile**:

- 3-5 years experience in the manufacturing industry working with metal/spraying instruments
- Knowledge of coating ferritic and austenitic materials
- Fluency in written and spoken German
- Flexibility
- Ability to work in a team
- Responsible behaviour
- Reliability
