Sales Engineer

Waagner-Biro Stage Systems is a leading provider of stage technology solutions, and we're seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer - Stage Control Systems to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales projects, building relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales projects, working closely with our sales back office and international sales teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
• Manage sales projects during the tendering phase, acting as a liaison between customers and our back office.
• Participate in exhibitions, sales events, and conferences to promote our products and services.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop optimal solutions for automation control systems.
• Collaborate with our engineering experts to design and implement custom solutions.
• Communicate effectively with customers, presenting our concept and advantages in a clear and compelling manner.

Requirements:

• University degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or mechatronics.
• Previous experience in sales or rental of rigging control systems or flying control systems.
• Familiarity with the entertainment industry and stage procedures.
• Strong technical understanding and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Office tools and modern communication platforms.
• Ability to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally.
