Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement computational methods for BioSAXS data analysis
- Collaborate with users on their data analysis needs
- Adapt approaches for advanced experiments
- Contribute to SAXS services, including database development and maintenance
- Present BioSAXS activities at conferences and workshops
- Provide user support as a Local Contact and troubleshoot technical and operational issues
Requirements
- Doctoral degree or equivalent qualification in computer science, mathematics, physics, and/or engineering, or a degree in biological sciences with demonstrated experience in computational methods development
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience in database maintenance and development or in data analysis pipeline
- Previous experience in SAXS/SANS or structural biology
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
