Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at ONLY Stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our retail store, ensuring seamless daily operations, team development, and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve store appearance.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Conduct regular store analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies, including sales promotions, marketing initiatives, and visual merchandising plans.
- Manage store budgets, including inventory, labor, and overhead costs, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail store management, preferably in the textile retail sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong business acumen, with knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and sales strategies.
