Job DescriptionStore Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at ONLY Stores in Bochum, Ruhr Park. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily business operations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
  • Implement visual merchandising and store displays to enhance customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial education
  • Experience in retail management, preferably in the textile industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
