Care Professional for Supported Living with Specialized Support

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Nikolauspflege – Stiftung für blinde und sehbehinderte Menschen. As a Care Professional for Supported Living with Specialized Support, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with blindness, visual impairments, and additional disabilities to live independently and participate fully in society.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support and care to a group of 7-8 clients, promoting their autonomy and self-determination in daily life.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and organization, and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, social services, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing client outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in care and support for individuals with blindness and visual impairments.
