This strategic role requires a deep understanding of company needs and a commitment to delivering best-in-class supply chain management to secure the best possible agreements with our suppliers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Procure and negotiate hybrid towers globally, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Maintain and develop commercial relationships with global suppliers of hybrid towers, driving collaboration and innovation.
- Coordinate and manage sourcing/procurement tasks for new tower developments, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project procurement, providing regular risk reporting to stakeholders.
- Develop strategic partnership agreements to secure competitive terms and conditions with our supply chain partners.
- Deliver against budgets and improve profit margins for hybrid towers, driving business growth and excellence.
Your Ideal Profile:
- Technical background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, industrial, or economical engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position or task, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent knowledge of project and procurement management methods, with the ability to apply them in a global context.
- Experience in contract management, with a focus on negotiation and agreement execution.
- Fluent English and German language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external and internal parties.
- Experience working in a matrix organization of an international company, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
