Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Agency Sales Manager to join our Marketing Solutions team in the DACH region. As an Agency Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing agency media buys for Criteo Marketing Solutions products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Criteo Marketing Solutions to existing and new DACH independent agencies.
- Prospect and pitch to agency planners and buyers, digital and account leads, to drive the sale of new acquisition & retention campaigns.
- Manage agency relationships from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales.
- Create long-term agency relationships that lead to sustainable, repeat business.
- Understand and articulate key KPIs for campaigns (e.g. ROAS,...) and use that to fuel new business with existing agency clients.
- Deliver against revenue growth goals in line with Criteo quarterly objectives.
- Partner with internal teams to identify, present, and close opportunities with new agencies.
- Accurately manage pipeline and own new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in AdTech selling to independent agencies.
- Team player with proven ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate in complex situations.
- Ability to work and deliver strong results in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative skills to come up with innovative ideas and prepare adapted decks for sales meetings.
- Excellent presentation skills to open doors across clients at all levels.
- Ability to operate with high integrity in any situation.
- Network within the German media agencies.
- Business proficiency in German and English.
