We are seeking an experienced Aeronautical Operations Manager to lead our aircraft projects team at Derichebourg Aeronautics Services GmbH.

Job DescriptionThe Aeronautical Operations Manager will be responsible for managing one or several work packages, ensuring compliance with safety and performance requirements defined in the work specification, including PRMs, cost, time, and quality.
The main function is to oversee all activities related to the work package(s), respecting and enforcing (by the team and the customer) the work specification, company technical offer, and contract.
- Attend regular meetings with customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely receipt of necessary elements to participate in PRMs.
- Maintain delivery notes and obtain customer approval.
- Follow up on actions and provide support for customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary contact person for the customer.
In addition, the Aeronautical Operations Manager will:
- Adapt HR processes according to needs and technical specifications.
- Ensure traceability of activities via internal tools.
- Ensure availability of materials, resources, and tools.
- Define and enforce workflow and processes according to contract requirements.
- Analyze and propose improvements and act to correct deviations.
- Ensure productivity and adapt capacity to workload.
- Verify project scope within contracted parameters.
We are looking for an experienced professional with:
- A minimum of 3 years' work experience in managing installation/removal of engine/Fan cowl projects.
- A trained technical background with 3-5 years' experience in management.
- Good knowledge of the economical and aeronautical environment (customers and other stakeholders).
- General aeronautical technological and technical knowledge.
- Ability to adapt to and improve internal procedures.
- Knowledge of management methods for creating bonds within the team.
- Experience in managing production activities.
- Familiarity with computer programs: MS Office, SAP, and Airbus internal tools.
- Fluency in English, French, and German (desired).
The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including:
