Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Engineering Manager für unser Team in Bottrop. Als Teil der ALLWEILER GmbH – ein Unternehmen von CIRCOR – werden Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von innovativen Lösungen spielen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
  • Führung und Entwicklung der Abteilung mit Schwerpunkt auf Design Engineering
  • Überwachung des konstruktiven Fortschritts und Entwicklung neuer Lösungsansätze
  • Verantwortung für die Festlegung von Prioritäten und lösungsorientiertes Handeln bei der Umsetzung vorgegebener Ziele
  • Kostenbewusstes Handeln und Fördern von Prozessverbesserungen
  • Enger Austausch und Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Abteilungen
Anforderungen
  • Technisches Studium mit mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Design Engineering
  • Erfahrungen in der Konstruktion von komplexen Produkten im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
  • Belegbare Führungsqualitäten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Office 365
  • Sehr gute CAD-Kenntnisse, idealerweise mit UG NX und ME10
