Für unser Engineering Team am Standort Bottrop suchen wir einen Manager Engineering (m/w/d).


  • Fachliche und personelle Führung der Abteilung mit derzeit vier Personen
  • Überwachung des konstruktiven Fortschritts, Überprüfung der konstruktiven Lösung auf Machbarkeit, Entwicklung neuer Lösungsansätze und Möglichkeiten der Umsetzung sowie Festlegung neuer Verfahren
  • Verantwortung für die Festlegung von Prioritäten und lösungsorientiertes Handeln bei der Umsetzung vorgegebener Ziele
  • Kostenbewusstes Handeln und Fördern von Prozessverbesserungen, Erreichen und Realisieren der Kostenziele, um die kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserungen aktiv voranzutreiben
  • Enger Austausch und Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Abteilungen, wie z.B. Customer Service, Produktion, Qualitätssicherung und Einkauf
  • Konstruktive Umsetzung von Neuentwicklungen, Weiterentwicklungen und Auftragskonstruktionen von Exzenterschneckenpumpen
  • Begleitung des gesamten Prozesses von der Entwicklung und Erprobung bis hin zur Serienfertigung
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Konstruktionsentwürfen im 3D-CAD-System, detaillierte Ausarbeitung von Konstruktionen in 2D und 3D bis zur Fertigungsfreigabe
  • Berechnung und Auslegung von Bauteilen und Konstruktionselementen gemäß gängigen Normen und Vorgaben unter Berücksichtigung des Baukastensystems

  • Technisches Studium mit mind. 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Design Engineering oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrungen in der Konstruktion von komplexen Produkten im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
  • Belegbare Führungsqualitäten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Office 365
  • Sehr gute CAD-Kenntnisse, idealerweise mit UG NX und ME10
  • SAP R/3- und SAP S/4HANA-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Technische und gestalterische Fähigkeiten
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse von Produktdetails sind von Vorteil
