Job Title: Program Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Tipico. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic planning and project management across various business units. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality results, manage risks, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Manage and mitigate risks, issues, and change control
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including shareholders, C-level, and senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective project delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent English language skills, with German language skills desirable
