Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Commercial Contract Manager to lead our procurement team in negotiating and drafting contracts for direct and indirect materials, service agreements, CAPEX, and maintenance contracts.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with technical teams, colleagues in local procurement, legal, and finance to ensure contracts meet business needs, compliance standards, and risk management requirements.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring contract performance, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, addressing issues or disputes, and providing training and guidance to procurement staff on contract management practices and category-specific aspects.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, IT, or a related field, preferably with advanced studies in law, such as a Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM), especially with a concentration in contract law, commercial law, or technology law.
  • Proven experience in contract management, global contracts, and negotiation skills, with a track record of securing favorable terms in complex high-value contracts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, fluency in English, and proficiency in contract management software and MS Office suite.
