We are now looking for another team member to join us in **the Group People Team **as **the Global Director for Digital HR Systems Execution**; **the role will report into our **Senior Director, People Strategy & Digital.***

We are looking for an experienced leader with** global experience** within **HR and IT.** We want to provide an excellent experience from pre-hire to retire and to do so we are looking for senior profile to lead our efforts within Digital HR.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead the development and execution of the HR IT solutions across the Knauf Group.
- Work closely with our Global IT organization to develop and execute our HR IT roadmap; in particular, leading the implementation of a Global HRIS; SAP SuccessFactors.
- Lead a team of global Digital HR Solution Managers who are the daily contact for our regions and business entities.

**What we’d love for you to have**:

- Experience of successful implementation of a Global HRIS (ideally SAP SuccessFactors)
- Experience with rolling out/managing other HR enterprise solutions and capable of managing both the system enablement but also the change management related to it
- Global or international leadership and Manager experience with a proven track-record of delivering progress
- Strong influencing, relationship building, and negotiation skills; the post holder will act as the conduit between Group, Regional, and Functional Executives on all Digital HR topics within Knauf.
