Labour Law Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Labour Law Specialist to join our team at Hannover Re. As a Labour Law Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with our Global Human Resources team to provide expert advice on labour law issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Global Human Resources to provide expert advice on labour law issues
  • Conduct legal research and prepare expert opinions on labour law matters
  • Represent the company in labour court proceedings
  • Draft works agreements and negotiate with our works council
  • Coordinate with Global Human Resources and advise managers on labour law issues
  • Admission as an in-house lawyer is possible
Requirements:
  • First and second state examination in law
  • First professional experience in procedural law desirable
  • Good rhetorical skills and negotiation skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office products
  • German and English at a business fluent level
  • Analytical thinking and a solution-orientated approach with an eye for detail
