Your Profile
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Product Cost Planning Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or a related field, with a proven track record of success in cost assessment and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English is required, with German and Korean language skills being a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is also necessary.
Your Responsibilities
  • Manage product cost planning for development projects in Europe and India, ensuring accurate and timely estimates.
  • Conduct strategic analysis and evaluation of estimated product costs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Develop and maintain cost accounting and analysis systems, providing regular reports to management on product costs and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish calculation standards for estimated and target costs, and to define cost evaluation standards for new factories and products.
  • Lead target cost management for advance/development projects, ensuring that costs are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including management, suppliers, and customers.
