Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Salesforce-Administrator, der unsere Salesforce-Administration leiten und unsere Salesforce-Teams führen kann.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Die fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für unser internes Team und externe Dienstleister übernehmen.
  • Das Salesforce-Team aufbauen und organisieren, neue Talente gewinnen und das Team effizient strukturieren.
  • Die Gesamtverantwortung für unsere Salesforce Sales, Service und Marketing Cloud Applikationen übernehmen.
  • Kreative Konzepte entwickeln, um die Anforderungen unserer Fachabteilungen umzusetzen und unsere Salesforce-Umgebung aktiv gestalten.
  • Konzipierte Änderungen und Erweiterungen umsetzen und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Anwendungen sicherstellen.
  • Bestehende Anwendungen pflegen und Debugging-Prozesse durchführen.
  • Junior-Admins motivieren und unterstützen, indem Wissen und Erfahrung geteilt werden, und eine Kultur des Lernens und der Zusammenarbeit im Team fördern.
Voraussetzungen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Salesforce-Administration, idealerweise mit Zertifizierung zum Salesforce Administrator oder vergleichbar.
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung bringt man bereits mit.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Salesforce Sales-, Service und Marketing Cloud Administration.
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum und/oder Kanban sowie mit Tools wie Jira oder anderen Bugtrackern.
  • Kenntnisse in einer Programmiersprache sind wünschenswert.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
