Senior Salesforce Business Analyst/ Salesforce Consultant Position

Remote Opportunity

15-Month Fixed Term Contract

Immediate Start


We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional with experience as either a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Consultant to join our team at InterEx Group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, identifying business needs and validating with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive requirements definition documentation, including use cases and functional specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and status, resolving issues that may impact projects.
  • Create high-level models and user prototype interfaces to validate business processes and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and records.
  • Collaborate closely with the global IT business applications teams.
  • Facilitate weekly BA review meetings.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders and develop a thorough understanding of business processes.
  • Support testing cycles.


Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:


  • Proven ability to lead and work in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with complex systems.
  • Excellent business acumen, with a resourceful and smart approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective time/task management and organization skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and a strong understanding of new and upcoming features in the Salesforce ecosystem.
