About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Packaging Specialist to join our team in Pfaffenhofen, Germany. As a key member of our packaging operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient packaging of pharmaceutical products, including tablets, film tablets, and parenteral products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate automated and computer-controlled machines to package pharmaceutical products
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of equipment
  • Conduct quality control checks and document results
  • Work in a team environment to ensure smooth production processes
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), occupational health and safety, and environmental protection regulations

Requirements

  • Technical education or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge and IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
