About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Packaging Specialist to join our team in Pfaffenhofen, Germany. As a key member of our packaging operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient packaging of pharmaceutical products, including tablets, film tablets, and parenteral products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate automated and computer-controlled machinery to package pharmaceutical products
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to ensure optimal machine performance
  • Conduct quality control checks and document results using IT systems
  • Work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to GMP, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve packaging goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Technical education or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge and IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in German (B1 level) and excellent communication skills
