We are seeking a highly skilled System Architect to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a System Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing hydraulic systems for our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Concept and definition phase of hydraulic systems
  • Definition of system and equipment requirements
  • System and equipment qualification and certification
  • Supplier technical management
  • Representation of the department/company towards the customer and in front of suppliers and partners
  • Interfacing with and support to e.g. Flight Test, System Integration Testing, Airworthiness, Final Assembly Line, Technical Publications, Programme Management, Procurement & other engineering functions
  • In Service Support, e.g. Problem Investigations
  • Project Management
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in the field of Aerospace, mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Basic knowledge of fluid, thermal, and/or hydraulic equipment/components
  • Engineering experience in hydraulic-/hydromechanical systems is a plus
  • Experience with supplier management is beneficial
  • Requirements verification & validation knowledge is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office, Catia V5 and Matlab
  • Fluent in English
  • German is an advantage
