Project Manager Execution Lead

Primobius GmbH is a pioneering company in the field of lithium-ion battery recycling. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Execution to join our team in the Düsseldorf area (NRW).
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Support:
- Collaborate closely with sales organization, commercial contract manager, and product manager to provide expert support for order execution.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and work closely with sales to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Compile offers and participate in negotiations, from the initial offering phase to final negotiations.
- Establish effective partnerships with designated sub-vendors and internal consortial partners for process equipment.
- Ensure that offers are aligned with technical feasibility, cost estimation, risk mitigation, and general cooperation rules for anticipated profit.
- Order Execution:
- Act as the responsible project manager for contract execution, working closely with the commercial contract manager.
- Ensure order execution meets the contracted scope, change orders, and is completed on time and within budget, up to final acceptance and last payment.
- Manage risks and claims, communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
- Conduct 'lessons learned' sessions to share feedback with the complete organization.
- Engineering degree in mechanical or process engineering.
- At least ten years of professional experience in order execution, preferably with some years in sales.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Understanding of battery chemistry, recycling processes, and equipment used in recycling plants.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Familiarity with engineering principles and construction processes.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage diverse teams, as well as excellent communication abilities to coordinate between departments, stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
- Ability to implement quality control measures and continuously seek ways to improve processes, efficiency, and output quality.
- Experience in presentation techniques and the use of MS Office.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- High social competence and resilience, as well as a willingness to travel.
