Support Personallogistik GmbH is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Accounting Specialist to join our client's team in Beckum. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to contribute to a thriving industrial company.
As a Financial Accounting Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely financial record-keeping. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including processing business transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports.
Responsibilities:- Independently handle various financial accounting processes, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting.
- Process and record accounts payable invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate sales invoices promptly and professionally.
- Manage payment transactions effectively.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for all accounting-related inquiries.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statistics and reports for analysis.
- Maintain organized and secure document archives.
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives within the finance department.
- Provide support during annual closing activities.
- Successful completion of a commercial vocational training program, such as an industrial clerk certification, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior professional experience in financial accounting is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems, particularly SAP, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate strong independent work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent German language skills are required; English language proficiency is an advantage.
