About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our team at KiKxxl GmbH. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer advisors and team leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our outbound operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of customer advisors and team leaders, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize team performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior project leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage and control project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a team leader or manager in a contact center environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
