Construction Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project/Construction Manager to oversee a greenfield construction project in Germany.

As a key member of our team, you will lead and manage the project from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with quality standards and client specifications. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating project efforts and resource allocation, and facilitating regular communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects to ensure timely delivery, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
  • Site Activities: Oversee day-to-day site activities, including task execution, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project coordination.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular communication with clients, providing project updates and addressing any issues that arise.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in project management. A proven track record of managing projects on time and within budget is essential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in project management software and tools, are also required.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience. Candidates must be free to work in the EU with no visa restrictions.
