About the Role

As our Area Sales Manager - DACH area, you will drive sales growth within your assigned area by identifying and securing new business opportunities for INEOS Automotive. You will work closely with our dealer partner network to grow market share in your area, achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with dealers in your area, analysing performance, and driving improvement through data-driven insights
  • Implementing area sales strategies focused on expanding market presence, increasing sales volume, maximising profitability, and exceeding targets
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and clients
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify business expansion opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Reporting on sales performance and forecasting trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • A results-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding targets
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned business area
