Als Junior Software Engineer im Bereich Financial Services arbeitest du in einem agilen Team an der Entwicklung von IT-Lösungen für unsere Kunden im Finanzsektor. Du bist für die Entwicklung von Front- und Backend-Lösungen verantwortlich und arbeitest eng mit dem Kunden zusammen, um ihre Herausforderungen im Branchenumfeld zu meistern.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du entwickelst und gestaltest maßgeschneiderte IT-Lösungen mit modernen Programmiersprachen, Frameworks und Cloud-Lösungen wie Java, Spring Boot, Angular oder Microservices.
  • Du wirkst im gesamten agilen Software-Entwicklungsprozess für Front- und Backend-Lösungen mit: Von der Analyse und Fachkonzeption über das Design verteilter und moderner Microservices im Software Engineering Umfeld bis hin zur Implementierung und zum Test dieser Lösungen.
  • Du arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Softwareanwendungen sowie an kompletten Neuentwicklungen mit.
  • Im Team analysierst und bewertest du die Prozesse und IT des Kunden und identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale.
  • Im Laufe der Zeit kannst du dich entsprechend deiner Präferenzen und Fähigkeiten zu einem Lead/Senior Software Engineer entwickeln oder den Track wechseln und z. B. Delivery Architect oder Project Manager*in werden.
Dein Profil
  • Hochschulabschluss mit guten Leistungen in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder einem anderen Studiengang mit IT-Bezug
  • Erste Praxiserfahrung im Software Engineering
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Technologien (.NET, C#, SQL-Server, ASP.NET) oder in Java-Technologien (Java, Hibernate, Spring Boot) oder in Web-Entwicklung (Angular, HTML5, CSS, TypeScript und Javascript)
  • Idealerweise bereits Kenntnisse in einer IDE (Eclipse, VSCode, JetBrains) und der Versionierung von Programmcode (GIT, SVN) sowie der Anbindung von Datenbanken (RDBMS, No-SQL) und APIs (REST, Web-Services)
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten sowie ambitioniertes Teamwork mit Kolleg*innen (auch an Near- / Offshore- Standorten) und dem Kunden
  • Kreativität und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Spaß an neuen Themen, denn technologischer Fortschritt ruht nie
  • Projektabhängige Reisebereitschaft und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
