About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information and support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Native German speaker with additional fluency in another European language (ideally Dutch) to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong experience in customer service and a passion for helping people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and enjoy working independently.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
