We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional with a passion for solving complex issues. Someone who excels at forming relationships and can understand customer requirements to turn them into solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Provide solutions to customer issues and serve as the voice of the customer.
  • Act and communicate proactively, keeping customers informed of relevant topics.
  • Take full responsibility for the customer experience, manage operational processes, and stay up-to-date with local regulations and company product developments.
  • Participate actively in internal and external customer meetings with Sales Specialists and Operations teams.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling that add value to our customers.
  • Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure agreed-upon turn times for customer requests.
  • Address root causes and seek improvement opportunities in daily tasks and responsibilities.

Required Experience

  • Previous experience in logistics or ocean transport.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
