Your Role

As a Senior Expert - Global Regulatory Monitoring, you will be part of our Global Substance Registration Team, working closely with our Regulatory Affairs, Toxicology & Product Safety Department. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring new regulatory developments, with a focus on the EU Green Deal/CSS initiative and global regulations.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to ensure Symrise remains proactive in regulatory compliance.
  • Informing and guiding the Regulatory Affairs department and customers on relevant regulatory aspects.
  • Anticipating and evaluating the impact of new regulations on Symrise business units.
  • Leading project teams on specialized subjects and participating in relevant trade association groups.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Regulatory, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Scent & Care or Fragrance industry.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and time management abilities.
  • A great team player mentality and motivation to work in international teams.
