We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Zara in Oberhausen. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, ensuring that our merchandise is presented in a visually appealing and well-organized manner, and driving sales through excellent customer service and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our store
  • Ensure that merchandise is presented in a visually appealing and well-organized manner, including restocking shelves and tidying the sales floor
  • Drive sales through excellent customer service and sales skills, including identifying and responding to customer needs and making recommendations on products
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed
  • Use technology to ensure that everything runs smoothly, both on the shop floor and in the warehouse

Requirements:
  • You are a team player through and through, with a strong sense of reliability and commitment
  • You are flexible and willing to support your team, even on Fridays and Saturdays
  • You have excellent communication skills, both with customers and your team
  • You are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a positive attitude
  • Experience in retail is an advantage, but not a requirement
