Music Educator

Job Description

Frankfurt International School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Music Teacher to join our Upper School team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Music Classes in Grades 6-10 and IB Diploma Music in Grades 11-12.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging Music lessons that cater to the needs of students in Grades 6-12
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure students meet the required standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the school's mission and values
• Use technology tools to enhance student learning and teaching objectives
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in Music education

Requirements:

• Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in Music education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development
