About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Management Specialist to join our team at Freudenberg. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient credit management process, working closely with credit insurers, rating agencies, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective credit management strategies to minimize risk and maximize returns
- Collaborate with credit insurers and rating agencies to ensure accurate credit assessments
- Plan and execute the dunning process, including handing over overdue receivables to collection service providers
- Monitor and analyze credit management data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Process outgoing payment transactions and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Support with annual financial statements and internal audits
Requirements:
- Completed commercial vocational training and initial professional experience in accounting
- Good SAP knowledge in the FI module
- Very good knowledge of all common MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Goal-oriented, reliable, and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and a high level of commitment and motivation
