**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Training Team as an intern. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in training and development, working closely with our experts in connectivity, processes, and systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Participate in the planning, organization, and implementation of training programs for our global teams.
  • Support the development of training materials, including e-learning modules, virtual classrooms, and classroom training.
  • Collaborate with our project management team to ensure the successful implementation of training projects.
  • Assist in the coordination and recording of various projects and participation in project meetings.
  • Prepare and design training documents and presentations.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as economics, education, psychology, or social sciences.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Intercultural competence and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
