Research Opportunity in Pancreatic Cancer

We are seeking a highly motivated PhD student to investigate druggable cell-intrinsic mechanisms in modulating an immune cell response in pancreatic cancer. The successful applicant will employ complex 3D co-culture model systems, genetically engineered mouse models, and human organoid models to perform shRNA and CRISPR library-based screening approaches and study biochemical and biophysical aspects of tumor-niche interactions for entering clinical translation.

The successful candidate will be closely supervised by Dr. Yuanna Lin, a Clinician Scientist and junior group leader with a strong background in Life Sciences.
