About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Artist to join our team at ST. ROBO GmbH. As a key member of our creative and technical team, you will play a critical role in the planning, setup, and operation of lighting and media systems for various events and shows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and program lighting systems using Grand MA 2 & 3 consoles, ensuring seamless integration and flawless performance.
  • Manage and configure media servers using Disguise software, streamlining the setup process.
  • Coordinate and execute lighting and media setups for touring and live entertainment productions, working closely with our creative team.
  • Design and draft technical plans using Vectorworks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop visual concepts and technical solutions, fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Create and maintain diagrams and workflows using Lucid Chart, enhancing communication and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during events, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members in both German and English, promoting a culture of inclusivity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Light and Media Server Operator / Technical Artist, with a strong background in touring and live entertainment productions.
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks, Lucid Chart, Grand MA 2 & 3, and Disguise, with a focus on technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Extensive experience in touring and live entertainment productions, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A valid Class B driver's license, with a passion for live entertainment and touring productions.
