Deine Aufgaben

Als People & Workplace Assistant (m/w/d) bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für alle team- und bürobezogenen Angelegenheiten. Du koordinierst Mitarbeiteranliegen und tägliche, organisatorische Aufgaben, wie z.B. Onboarding, Offboarding, Verwaltung von Personaldaten und mehr. Du bist proaktiv und ansprechst Mitarbeiterthemen und Konflikten, um ein positives Arbeitsumfeld zu fördern. Du sicherst die Einhaltung aller geltenden Arbeitsgesetze, -vorschriften und Unternehmensrichtlinien.

Dein Profil

Wir suchen nach einem engagierten und organisierten Teammitglied mit folgenden Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Multitasking-Talent
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein freundliches Auftreten
  • Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
