Job Summary

The Climate Risk team at Goldman Sachs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Risk Management Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, and managing climate-related and environmental risks across the firm.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of climate risk management strategies and frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess climate-related risks and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain risk models and scenarios to inform climate risk management decisions
  • Provide regulatory submissions and reports to ensure compliance with climate-related regulations
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of climate risk management processes and procedures
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain climate risk management policies and guidelines
  • Support the development of climate risk management training programs and materials
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, environmental science, risk management)
  • 1-3 years of experience in risk management, climate risk, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
