Coordinator People & Culture (STARS)*

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Coordinator People & Culture (STARS)*. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, managing talent pools, and developing strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage and maintain talent pools to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates
  • Utilize social media and other channels to promote job openings and company culture
  • Enter, update, and verify employee data using our HR software
  • Provide administrative support and respond to employee inquiries
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR or related field preferred
